Seed Stage Venture Capital

Blackboard supports direct investing of seed stage web based technology companies up to $250000. We focus on supporting entrepreneurs with innovative ideas through out California. Teams located outside of our region of focus will be expected to relocate to San Diego, CA. Funded companies will join an established team of career entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and technologists.

Submissions from all points on the development spectrum are welcome, from idea onward.

Application Requirements:

• A software or web based product or service
• A team consisting of at least two founders
• Located in California, preferably Southern California
• A working prototype
