We see many projects that don't fit into the venture capital or private investing arena. For our smaller clients securing venture or investment capital may be too costly and involved. Finding a solution to bridge the gap between start up and growth phases can be difficult. We offer small business hard money loans direct through Blackboard as well as through affiliate partners. By self funding small business loans we have the ability to monitor our clients growth and capital needs and continue to support growth through additional capital advisory services. We evaluate lending candidates just as we do investment due diligence. Credit score and business age are not a concern. We look for great ideas, solid teams and real world traction.
